VirtualCare2Go® accept most major insurance plans and can bill your plan on your behalf. All of VirtualCare2Go® staff members are committed to making sure our patients receive the full benefits of their coverage and will work with you to ensure the most efficient processing of your paperwork.
We accept most major insurance plans. VirtualCare2Go® also accepts cash and credit card at the time of service for patients not using health insurance. Cash and credit card are also taken at the time of visit for insurance co-pays and balances.

You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company within 45 days after your appointment. EOB will explain what your services were covered based on your insurance benefits.
If there are any services not covered by your insurance, you may then receive a bill from VirtualCare2Go® or DK Physicians PLLC. The service bill is based on your insurance benefits and on the level of care provided. DK Physicians PLLC, our billing team, submits bills to the insurance companies.
