VirtualCare2Go® is required by law to:

  • Make sure that the medical information VirtualCare2Go® have about you is kept private, as required by state and federal law;

  22. Inmates. If you are an inmate, VirtualCare2Go® may disclose information to correctional institutions as necessary.
  23. Consultation by Patient and Provider with Physician. If you request a consultation with a supervising physician, we may use audiovisual communication to provide this consultation.
OTHER USES OF MEDICAL INFORMATION

VirtualCare2Go® will obtain your permission before using your medical information for reasons beyond those listed here. Examples include the release of psychotherapy notes and using information for marketing purposes.
